Samantha started as a Junior Building Design Drafter for Graeme Cunningham & Associates in 1995. 

Samantha completed her Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Architectural Technology) in 1997.

In 1998 Samantha joined Engineering & Building Investigation Services as a Junior Building Designer. 

Samantha expanded her knowledge over the last 20 years to become Senior Building Designer for the practice. 

Samantha has worked with many private clients, fellow building designers, builders, engineers, geo-technicians and certifiers.

With a view to the future, Samantha started her own business in 2020 to concentrate on bringing 

a fuss free - client first approach to the building design process.
